We will deliver to the recipient a gently worded letter a short extract of which is typed below. It includes causes and remedies of the problem.

Dear Recipient,
Someone who cares about you very much wants to bring to your attention a slight problem.  Their intention is not to offend or hurt you.  They are merely trying to help you deal with the problem.  

Halitosis:
The recipient will also receive a bottle of mouth wash and Tic-Tac to get them started off in the right direction, or

Athletes Foot:
The recipient will receive a bottle of foot powder to get them started in the right direction, or

Body Odour:
The recipient will receive a bottle of anti-perspirant to get them started in the right direction.

Anonymity: The senders’ identity will not be divulged.
