How
do I place an order?
To place an order, click on the buy button. You will be re-directed
to the Paypal.com site. From here you will have to register as
a member of Paypal.com before you can proceed with the transaction.
After you have registered, you will proceed with the payment.
Under the Shipping Information section leave the ship to address
as is. Important - in the special instructions box, enter the
name, address, phone number and email of your gift recipient.
Also enter any message you would like to accompany your gift.
What
are the payment options available?
You have the option of paying using your credit card, debit card
or check card through Paypal.com or sending us a money order via
Western Union, or MoneyGram.com

What is the delivery process?
Mama's Gift Basket® can be delivered anywhere in Kenya through
Securicor (K) Limited. A physical destination address in the City/Town
and phone two numbers or contact information of the recipient must
be provided.
All other gifts will be delivered only in Nairobi. Please provide
a physical address in the CITY CENTER, UPPER HILL and WESTLANDS
plus two alternative phone numbers.
How
long does it take for delivery?
All gifts will be shipped 3 days after payment for the order has
been received.
How
will I know my gift has been delivered?
After we make a delivery, we email you to inform you that we have
done so. We also request the recipient to email you and tell you
that they have received the gift. Our experience and observation
has been of recipients being so touched by the surprise gift that
they can't wait to contact the sender ASAP.
Can
I request for a gift item not listed?
We would be glad to receive any special request gift items. In such
a case we would do the costing and delivery calculations and promptly
email you the total cost.
Do
you ship gifts to addresses outside Kenya?
We do ship select items to addresses outside Kenya. Shipping costs
are calculated per destination. Items we currently ship outside
Kenya are CD's, Tapes, Books, Magazines, T-shirts, Curios, African
Jewelry and Coffee Beans. We ship these items from either our Nairobi
office or Maryland, USA office.
